Brandy Blanco LeVally Real Estate Identity

Brandy Blanco LeVally’s brand identity embodies her love of homes, her Hispanic heritage, and authentic, caring relationship she has with clients. The challenge? To make something that would tell clients the personality that they were about to work with. Real estate is about the experience that a client has with an agent, not just the sale.

Through colorful abstract florals, we were able to establish a brand that spoke to Brandy’s spunky, caring personality and highlighted some of the aspects of her life that have gotten her to where she is today!

Tyler Tresize Real Estate Marketing

Distinct templates on Tyler’s pages are used to allow viewers to easily pick out different types of posts. The goal of Tyler’s social media is to spread his name. A viewer can see the large volume of homes that he sells every year, the marketing that they would receive if they list with him, what past clients have to say, posts of his personality, his knowledge of the market, and local happenings such as open houses or new homes for sale.

Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) Targeting

EDDM postcards are great for sending out news to a neighborhood specifically. They are more relevant because when realtors list and price your home, the homes that are comparable in your general area are used as reference. A potential client can then look at what the homes around them are going for in relation to the size or their own home. The backs of the cards of course promote the agent’s strong suits as well, pulling from Google and Zillow reviews.

Cut and Keep Business Cards campaign is a trash prevention measure. If someone wants to keep the agent’s information for later, but doesn’t want to keep the entire postcard, they can cut out their information and save just the business card.

Because of the process of EDDM, agents can send out postcards at a more affordable rate.
